Refund Policy

Try it free first

Every new account gets a 14-day free trial of the whole of FabriDock, with no card needed. That is how you decide whether it is right for your business, so you only pay once you know it is.

Purchases are final

Because you can use everything free for 14 days before buying, the one-time payment of $39 (plus tax) is not refundable, except where the law where you live says otherwise. Purchases made before FabriDock moved to one price on 27 October 2026 keep the refund terms they were sold on, as the Terms say.

If something is wrong with FabriDock

If FabriDock does not work as it should and we cannot fix it, email contact@coppercitydesigns.com from the address on your account. We will look at it fairly, and where we cannot put it right, we will refund you.

Countries we do not sell to

If your billing address is in a country where FabriDock is not sold, your payment is refunded automatically and no licence is added.

If a refund is given

It goes back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, and ends your paid access to what that payment bought. Editions you paid for separately are not affected. Your account and your data are kept, so everything is there if you come back.

When your trial ends without buying

Nothing is charged, because no card was taken. Your account moves to the free plan: everything you made stays, and you can keep using FabriDock within its limits, or buy at any time and pick up where you left off. A free account nobody signs into for 60 days is deleted, and we email you 7 days before it happens.

Each email gets one free trial. Making a new account with the same email address does not start another.
